Offline files by default are stored in [systemdrive]:\windows\CSC folder. If OS is installed in C: drive then the cache location is C:\Windows\CSC. This default location for CSC cache is the same for all editions of Windows for which offline files feature is available i.e Windows 2000, XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. But this cache location can be changed by computer administrator by doing registry modifications. This registry key path is not same in the above mentioned operating systems.
